Behind the work
My work has always been about love…although it has taken me through some extraordinary places to understand just how deep that really goes.
​
I’m Cindy Stal. A mentor, intuitive, writer and oracle deck creator, wife, mother, and a woman who has lived enough lives to know that the one I’m living today will never be the end of the story.
​
For more than a decade, I’ve guided women through profound shifts in their bodies, relationships, sexuality, businesses, and the relationship with themselves.
​
I’ve built a business that has generated more money than I could have ever imagined when I started her. I’ve created things that have traveled across the world. And most of all, I’ve learned that the most beautiful life isn’t always the one that follows the plan.
​
When my daughter Anna Sophia Rose was stillborn at 41 weeks, everything I knew about trust, intuition, love, and the body was brought into question. Her death changed me and also brought me even deeper into the medicine that had always been mine.
​
Today, my work moves through the places where love, loss, pleasure, sovereignty, the body, and the unseen meet.
​
Sometimes that looks like intimate mentoring with a visionary woman. Sometimes it looks like hands-on bodywork, energetic interference clearing, or creating an audio for the women inside my membership. And sometimes it becomes an oracle card, a piece of writing, or a book that finds its way into the hands of a woman I’ve never met.

Love, loss and your body:
Our bodies carry stories. Of love, longing, pleasure, heartbreak, motherhood, grief, and everything we’ve learned to hold. Some stories are ready to be understood and others ask to be met in a completely different way.
My work with your body, grief, and intimacy is one of the most personal expressions of my medicine. It has been shaped by years of working with women, and forever changed by my own experience of losing our daughter. Sometimes, one day devoted entirely to you can open a beautiful new chapter.

There is always more love…even when life breaks our heart. When our daughter Anna Sophia was stillborn at 41 weeks, I entered a world I never imagined having to navigate. Her life changed mine forever.

The love I have for her continues to find new ways of moving through my life and my work. One of those ways is through a small number of private sessions I reserve each year for women who have also experienced the loss of a baby or child.
